Evaluation

NJM has a wealth of experience, both formative and summative, in evaluating both EU and UK funded projects and grant programmes. Our experience has been gained while working with a wide range of partnerships throughout the UK and Europe - from large scale strategic transnational partnerships to small local partnerships.

For an evaluation to have any meaning it has to respond to the needs of project deliverers and funders and the company has available a variety of evaluation tools that can be deployed to meet client needs.

Our approach offers everybody the opportunity to contribute to the scope and direction of the evaluation.

We work closely with our clients throughout the evaluation process and, by doing so, NJM can help to:

  • Identify areas of project or programme delivery that might require remedial attention
  • Develop efficient monitoring and internal evaluation procedures
  • Develop effective strategies to address problems
  • Publicise project successes with key stakeholders
