Project Appraisal

NJM have been engaged by sub-regional strategic partnerships to provide independent appraisals of Single Programme and ERDF grant applications.

NJM have been engaged to provide fast and detailed scrutiny of grant applications covering a broad spectrum of projects that have included tourist and heritage attractions, business accommodation, sports facilities, community facilities, urban master-planning, vocational training and skills programmes, studies and impact assessments. Our appraisal process is ISO 9001 accredited and provides clients with a cost effective solution that enables them to process applications quickly and effectively and thus maintain the confidence of stakeholders and applicants.

A research and commercialisation centre specialising in digital media sought NJM's assistance in preparing a submission to the DTI 'Technology Programme'.

Since they rely on such programmes to sustain and expand its range of activities, success was very important to the centre. NJM were able to assist the technology specialists at each stage of the proposal by providing alternative perspectives and highlighting areas for attention within the submission as assessed against given criteria. The centre's application was successful and will ensure it continues its research in the field.
